Prior to grad school, Matt worked as a consultant for the Santa Margherita Wine Group, the #1 selling white wine in the US. He also served as a law clerk in the Ingham County 30th Circuit Court. During his MBA Program, Matt served as a Lean Apprentice/Business Transformation Consultant at the Demmer Center for Business Transformation. Matt interned at Dell in Austin, Texas. Matt began his post-graduation career as a Pathway’s Operation Manager at Amazon and is now a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon in the greater Detroit, MI area. Matt earned his JD/MBA (Supply Chain Management) from Michigan State University in 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Florida State University in 2008.
Abhinav Iyer

International Business:
Abhinav earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and started his career as Test Engineer at a Fortune 500 company in India. As a Test Engineer working in software test automation and quality assurance focused on one of the company's supply chain information systems, not only did he get an opportunity to hone his technical skills and collaborate with teams across the globe, but he also gained knowledge of SCM and the agriculture and food industry. He went on to join Infosys as Systems Engineer, during which time he worked on business intelligence implementation projects for a Fortune 500 client in the CPG industry. He was then promoted to Senior Systems Engineer and subsequently to Technology Analyst, during which time he gained experience in technical consulting, client management, project management and CPG-specific supply chains. He then decided to pursue a full-time MBA at Michigan State University, with a focus on Marketing and Supply Chain Management. His career objective was to pursue a post-MBA career in product management, tech consulting, or supply chain management in the tech industry. He interned at Google in the summer of 2018, during which time he managed development of solutions and services to grow revenue for Google's partners in the online advertising business. After graduating from the MBA program, he started a full-time role as Solutions Consultant at Google, and currently works as Technical Solutions Consultant at the company.
Shinta Shintawati

International Business:
Shinta Shintawati oversees International Student Career Development and manages Global Employer Relations at the Broad College of Business. As the Associate Director for Global Outreach, she identifies recruitment markets and international partnership opportunities, cultivates and manages existing international employer partnerships through ongoing engagement with employers, and leads development of new corporate partners and organizations to generate employment opportunities for Broad students. Prior to joining Broad’s Career Services, Shinta served as the Assistant Director for the MS in Accounting Program where she was instrumental in establishing global engagement with top schools and corporations abroad. Shinta has over ten years of experience in higher education including career services, recruitment, admissions, and academic planning. Shinta earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Tunghai University, Taiwan.
