Josh Gladney

Joshua (Josh) Gladney is consultant professional with +10 years of business technology consulting experience. He specializes in leading teams in the identification, assessment, planning, and delivery of Finance Transformation engagements through the technological enablement of SAP solutions. He has supported clients in a variety of industries including Government and Public Services, Consumer Products, and most recently Life Sciences and Healthcare (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Health). In addition to his client service, Josh champions several strategic D&I initiatives focused on the recruitment, performance augmentation, and retention of underrepresented minority (URM) practitioners. Josh has been directly involved in the hiring of +60 URM SAP practitioners since 2015. In 2020 he was appointed as the Analyst Experience Leader of the Atlanta Office, serving a community of over 200 full-time practitioners.
Josh is a 2014 graduate of the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management Full-Time MBA Program at Michigan State University (East Lansing, MI). He focused his studies in the fields of Supply Chain Management & Strategic Management. He is the former President of Spartan Consulting, Inc., which at the time was the only fee-based, student-run consulting firm at Michigan State University. Josh received a BA in Finance from Morehouse College (Atlanta, GA) in 2007.
When not playing merciless hide-n-go seek with his daughters (Michaela (5) and Mackenzie (1)) Josh enjoys watching movies, running, and spending time with friends over a nice glass of bourbon.
Riyaz Gilani

Riyaz is an Associate with the Doha (Qatar) office of McKinsey & Company. His work with McKinsey has addressed organization and performance improvement issues primarily in operations and supply chain space with clients in various industries such as steel, consumer retail and packaging. Some of his recent projects include: long term strategy design for a Middle Eastern steel player, reviewing sets of capax projects in a power distrubution company, warehouse design and optimization for a US-based beverage manufacturer, and more!
Jasleen Goindi

Jasleen is currently an Associate with McKinsey Consulting and has been with the firm since 2018. She completed an internship with GEP and prior to the MBA worked for Infosys as a Systems Engineer, Analytics Specialist, and Analytics Lead. Jasleen earned her MBA in 2018 with concentrations in Marketing and Operations. She also holds a Bachelor of Technology from Punjab Technical University.
