Guest Speaker: Matt Ladhoff from 3M

Matt Ladhoff is a Global Social Investment Specialist at 3M and is responsible for leading 3M's global philanthropic strategy as well as their Signature Initiative focused on Advanced Manufacturing. Matt previously lead 3M's $12M+ annual grant making portfolio focused on education equity. He started his career at 3M in the Global Sourcing organization and managed various Logistics commodities. Matt also served as Chair of the 3M New Employee Opportunity Network (NEON) in 2014.

Matt earned his MBA from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and holds an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Michigan State University in 2012. Matt is an eternal optimist and a life enthusiast who is focused on using business as a force for good.
