Join us for a firsthand look at General Motors’ Lansing Delta Township assembly plant operations and how GM integrates global supply chain strategy with large-scale manufacturing.
The visit will include a guided tour of the assembly floor and a discussion led by GM professionals on supply chain processes, manufacturing coordination, and production planning.
